The whole area about virtual care is exploding. And we've seen that there's some tactical trade-offs to leasing as well in terms of visibility into the granularity of those individual contracts and whatnot. Usually a carve out is around a type of service or a component of the service, let's say like an implantable device or a high-cost drug which isn't part of the basic agreement. So it's designed to sort of provide access to specialized care or to create insulation around a specialized risk that should be managed differently.
