In the take off phase, no doubt that it was counterpositioning. They were just doing something that allof the big, established companies couldn't and wouldn't do. It kinder reminds me of dordash, thinking back on that big we did the day of the doordash ipo. As they built it up, thoin, scaled economies, yes, this is the perfect example of scale economy.
