Is There a Higher Number of Students Than Tutors?
The connection process is completely online. So a student can go into the portal and say, hey, here's a tutor I like, send a connection request. And if that's accepted, they connect. And then they work out scheduling a session. But we don't have any dependent variable at the moment. We just want to increase connection length by 50%. Is it the students or the mentors? All of the tutors are volunteers; all the students are people also not being paid.
