What's the Biggest Thing That You Want to Know?

Three days from now will be the one year anniversary of when we conceived of this. We know that when we talk about this being a movement, it's because we want others to participate in that as well. So who wants to go first in terms of how has this evolved for us? I think it has given me more peace about where I land on our team.
