Product Analytics - Is There a North Star Matrix?

If you have no product analytics in place currently, and i would say start by choosing a product analytics tool. Then identify that sort of business metric that helps you make better decisions about your product. And then choose like two to five max, initial events and that you want to implement. So my recommendation for someone who is to stichtis wolting together.
