Is Open AI Advertising a New Technique?

The technique that open AI is advertising is they simply have like a predefined list of things and they append these things to your prompt thereby potentially completely destroying your prompt. But neither would they say what the technique is nor do they let you opt out of the technique. They can't just say you know we actually found that this pretty simple thing mitigates a lot of the bias. If you want to do so take it under consideration use it in our API.
