How to Let Go of the Stress of Losing a Game
Five year old exhibiting very overt perfectionist traits. You can help her really work on letting go of what is incredibly stressful to feel. When you lose and you can't handle it, it also makes you forget about what the other person is experiencing. The best thing to do, again, never in the moment, is, say, what's our strategy for when you win or lose? That way, getting it right isn't something that you are going to even comment on. It's not even one of your goals. So those are my short suggestions. And ah, keep on working on that everybody can work on a growth mind set for life,. Because we're all a work in progress
