The Importance of Philosophers

I think that maybe we philosophers are not great at making ourselves universally open to conversation. Lots of people have had some experience of a philosopher because lots of people go to college and when they're in college, like there's a good chance they'll take a philosophy class. I haven't ever gone to one nor served as one. So I don't know much about it.
