I've seen people go undiagnosed with dyslexia and grow into quietly frustrated adulthood. What should a parent watch for? And what's the difference between just being a little slow at learning to read and possibly being dyslexic? Your book is good on this. The first thing we know is that it's much easier to correct if the child is younger. There are methods that are effective with many children. It's much harder to deal with when the child is older and has been living with it for a long time.
