Rental inflation certainly has been in an ongoing upside surprise, i would say, in the in the last few months. If we look at some of the more bottom up indicators on in al rents, on o new leases, those half decelerated. I think by two thousand and 23, i would be reasonably confident that will see a deceleration. But over the next few months, i think it's a major upside risk to to the inflation numbers.
