Pete, you would do very well on my final exam for my innovation class because one of the things I have students do is take a smartphone and iPhone and find examples of all five patterns. There's plenty of them to choose from. And you just hit on a great example of the multiplication technique. In fact, cameras through the ages, the world of photography is based on multiplication.
