When we bring senior executives into san crene, irrespective of whether a throug normal hiring processor an acquisition, you actually tholl for a bit abo people fit assessment. And then we're also very much looking for what they're looking to achieve out of their careers. You've got, once again, very different perspectives. For us, if it's a brand new capability that we don't have, it's going to be extraordinarily important to us to retain the sunior rear shifteentactually gron scal that company. An understanding that and understanding what we're actually buying and what of those two we might need are going to be critical to really understand.
