Is There a Role for Radiofrequency Ablation in the Treatment of Resistant Hypertension?
Resistant hypertension is an important problem. Non-adherence to medical therapy is also a big problem. Just blood pressure measurement itself is important. Once you have made the diagnosis though of resistant hypertension, that is the patient's on three antihypertensive agents still has elevated blood pressure above 130 over 80. Then the chances are they have true resistant hypertension.
