The Relationship Between Casual Inference and Resonance Learning

In reinforcement learning, you're essentially trying to figure out what actions you can take to maximize reward. In causal inference, you're kind of doing the same thing, right? You have some outcome that you care about and you're trying to get the best outcome. And I guess it's just that in reinforcement learning, it's more like having all these trials where you can like experiment a bunch rather than only one at a time.
