Is Attachment a Cause of Suffering?
meditation teachers often do a really bad job of explaining it dand often, like don't really want to explain it, cause they feel ke if they explain it, it might have unintended consequences. And what you really should do as, rather than trying to understand it, it's just like sit and experience itright? I think there's something to that. But it also brings up questions for some one like me, where i'm sitting at a meditation treat and someone's, ye, you just got to like, like, while you're clinging or not wanting things. It just feels like i can't possibly live that way. Not having feeling like certain things are good and desirable feels impossible
