There are periods in your year plan programme where you need to be putting yourself under stress. And if you don't have that overload stimulus, then you're going to stay the same. So what do you do about that? You obviously try to put yourself against people at certain parts of the programme that are going to push you. And gradually, progressively, from week one to week 26, or whatever your programme goes for, a move yourself along the journey and along the scale of a staircase pyramid. It's not so like losing weight, you want to lose weight in the first week, a progress that takes time.
