I'm thinking it also reached at some point that there will be a limit, like you all mentioned. So we would take on tech leads as well into the team. I think if you're going to do that, you can scale things very well even in bigger teams. But then you would definitely need more people to do it,. More people to adjust their role to take on additional responsibilities.
