How to Move a Telescope Through the Water
Bruce mc canlas and his team are working on a prototype telescope. They need to be able to move it in and out of the water without effort. The engineers have been practising with mock-ups, which they call 'hand handles' It's not superaccurate but has all the right dimensions according to experts.
