The Common Symptoms of Running Down
This is a phrase of verb to be rundown, to be rundown. If you're run down, then you're just generally feeling unwell or extremely tired and not so great. We often use this actually to say that someone isn't that bad. She's ill, but she's not a death store. You can use it to describe your emotional health as well as your physical health.
