The Future of CRMs
The dream is that a potential new client hits your website. They fill out a form and they properly spell their first name, their last name, their email address. Then you reach back out and then inside your CRM because this is actually the intake,. You ask them a few more questions. Are you able to pay? Are you married? Once a birthday? What county did this happen in? And so you're capturing all that information. So I think document assembly is really, it needs to get bigger. It needs to be the next big thing. We have a term of R2 that relates to this captured information.
