The data is really good at giving it as an adjunct with fentanyl or ketamine. That's what we do or we can give it alone. I've given it three times now. We just got it a couple months ago and I haven't really seen any success. But my shift partner gave it the other day and he had said the same thing as me like he hadn't really seen it do anything. He gave it for a guy with an open ankle fracture and he said it worked great. And he was like, it actually worked really well. So yeah. Now I agree with the pain management 100%.
