Cochran: I would like to pass a constitutional amendment against the passive voice every same thing was to have and subject. Ferguson: If there is a redundant phrase that gets overused, especially at meetings in the U.S., it's going forward. Cochran: We must know who we're talking about, not the usually it's the federal government, but we don't say it.
