How to Manage Quality in a Department
I would just encourage all of our departments out there who have quality assurance programs to document and celebrate the ones that have been QA'd and were perfect. Have a one-on-one sit down with the supervisor in the office to go over that their tray was QA'd and it was perfect, I think that can go a long way in terms of building trust. There would be a great opportunity too if you're trying let's say that once you want that to be the model see if they're willing to teach everybody this is how I do it...it just kind of boost them even higher on that echelon for sure.
