The Story of Michael and Anne Packard
Anne packard moved to provincetown when she was ten years old. She says her son Michael grew up around the water. He would paint pictures of the ocean, which still hangs in his bathroom. One night a family friend took michael fishing for strait bass. A few days later, the friend returned with about 50 dollars that he got for selling michael's fish. That's when michael knew he wanted to be a commercial fisherman.
