The Price of Admission

Vulnerability is something that many of us have to learn as adults because the world has told us it's not safe to be vulnerable. I didn't even really understand the concept until 2018. It was my discovery of Brené Brown through a friend who helped me understand like I am definitely a heady intellectual kind of person. We feel so much safer with people who dare to show us some of that messiness that we were just talking about.
