The Whistleblower Protection Act and the National Defense Authorization Act
There are more whistleblowers. There is a genuine raising of the temperature occurring right now with this subject. I've spoken to some individuals who have relative levels of access that do not want to come out because they're worried about their family, et cetera. Even if it protects that individual, it doesn't protect that individual's family. For example, if your son or daughter wanted to get a job in the intelligence community or in the military, that might not happen anymore and you'd basically be blacklisted as a problem.
