There's a belief it's widely believed amongst particularly like computer scientists and neuroscientists that the neocortex is a single algorithm. Overall reading ability would only be a bit, quote, determined by the genes, whatever that means. And so it's such a little thing can make such a big difference. But that also shows how the genes only have to affect some little thing to make a big difference as long as it's affecting them at a young enough age.
