The Importance of Skilled Labor in the American Dream
I want to turn to the issue of talent. I think we all knew this, but COVID brought it into focus how much our school system is failing us. We're 22nd in the world among developed countries in terms of the quality of the education of our kids. There's huge opportunities for skilled labor and there was a need for reform on skilled immigration that really zeroes in on the skills and capabilities that we need.
