There's a lot of myths that team members won't follow systems, or that they remove creativity. But in my own experience, we have things that we do from our heads. We have a system, but it's all in our heads. And when i have taken the time to get that system out of my head, get it into even a check list. So for example, my strategist on board system. Now we've just completely eradicated that problem of the not qlite paying, cause we never got started. That skill is the one that, you know, i think in business owners, really do thrive in that place.
