Is It Moderating?

Shelter inflation came in at 21%, mortgage interest costs the highest since 1982. The two things that people can't live without, which is housing shelter and food are just through the roof. So I have to think about, you know, what are the political ramifications of this? Like, I don't know, to me, that seems like a pretty solid recipe for social unrest.
