Is There a Divide Between Religion and Freedom?

I think it's a shame that the kind of, let's say, moral realism one might associate with tailor or mac intyre is often, when it is found. Now there is a little bit of a divide between life more explicitly, like christian spaces and broader media landscape where those things are absent. And i certainly would like to see,. whether or not froma religious perspective, exactly, more conversations about what does it mean to to value freedom? What does it means to to say that want to live our best lives? But those are the points at which am most interested in how do we we deconstruct the religious and theological and metaphysical and ethical underpinings of this ostensibly secular society
