Using the Smart Watch to Identify Stress Events in Real Time
Researchers at stanford university are using the data from the devices we wear to identify stress events in real time. The smart phone ap monitors your resting heart rate and can even alert to corona viras, infections before any symptoms appear. Mike snider told tricia smith how it works. Were folln you a healthy base line, and then if there's a jump up and signal, an alert goes off. And it works about 80 % of the time. We'll get an alert at or before symptom. So three days prior to people getting ill, on average, a red alert will go off. For example, something called galvonic stress responseants (GSR)
