Is It Possible to Sell Your Real Estate?
I said, okay, that's question number one. If you could sell your real estate or develop your real estate for about 60 to 65% of that, would you be interested? I said, yes. And so we started doing a lot, a lots of that type of thing and I started doing it for multiple brands back in those days. This was in the 80s. There were no net lease reads back then to my knowledge. But even came into play until the night somewhere. So it was pretty new to the game at that point. And again, I didn't create it. I just took the concept and ran with it.
