Doing Em on the Floor

i used to do em when i ges id from thing. Ham raise a wich is a partin staple. They're not the same movement, but similar enough to where i would set it up to where i' have barbe holding my my feet and stuff. The problem with em is most people just aren't strong enough to do em. So they just end up doing em, but they look like shipw you know. Mean, they're tough exercise. And again, i came into it being fairly strong, so i was surprised how difficult that wasthere. What i was doing, youhave anyer whirs co enough to horse me? Been do it by me.
