I've Done a Hundred Dead Hang Pullups

i would just do probably six set, six sets of between three to six repetitions. Youre gin to break up these sets until you can get the number that you're aiming for. So after i'd done 30 muscel ups, a hundred dead hang pullops, a hundred kipping pullips, then i jump into doing some six sets of hang cleans with a weight.
