The Deep Recesses of the Heart

I don't know that any happiness is fake, by the way. No, of course not. There's a deep cavity down there that only divine love can fill and nothing in this world can fill. And I hope in some ways it will wear thin so that they do look for something deeper. That's the only kind of love that we'll really get us through things. But philosophically, why can't we have longings that can never be met?
