Is There a Qualifier?

On page 23 for people following along, there is a whole section on quantifiers and the effective grammar quantifiers or qualifiers. When I go back over to praise of one, well, you'll really see them in when I have and passives because those will mess around withYou'll have to explicitly add case, which means you can't drop the qualifier. You'll get a whole bunch of examples. There aren't really a lot of examples of qualifiers used in a sentence but that one was great.
