Is the Spot Market Going to Take an Act of Congress?
It's clear that we need clarity as an industry on those two issues. It's just who's the regulator and how do we think about a token construct here. At least this year, certainly not. And I'm actually thinking about 2023, but it's definitely not happening in 2022. Unlikely to happen in 2023. And who knows if 2024 is available just, you know, that's a pretty big definition to do.
