Richard engle, president byton's national security adviser, joins the press. Engle: We could have a number of american citizens in country fighting the russians right now. It is possible that you could have four nationals, including Americans, caught up in the violence. He says we will not engage russian forces inside ukraine. That remains true to day. But what we will do is increase and intensify our efforts to supply the ukranian defenders with weapons and security assistance they need to defend themselves.
