The Effects of Aerobic Exercise on Blood Pressure

There's a new study looking at the best exercises you can do to lower your blood pressure. It compared things like running and walking with aerobics and also isometric exercises as they're known. The most effective way of reducing your blood pressure was doing this exercise that exacts the muscles but there's no movement involved in squirts and planks. But it does seem to be suggesting that perhaps a wider range of types of exercise might make a difference than we thought.
