Are the Number of Researches Going to Grow?
Coo researchers are reporting into on teams. Is that going to change overtime? Right now i report centrally to the ceo. Are we going to see more of that as research becomes more prevalent? It's not just product decisions or designs that they can influence, but its the entire company. I'm finding my percentage of time is shifting to doing more coaching.
