Class Mobility Is Dead Now

The only things that are taking up are like software engineering and finance. We bled off so much of our own talent, they end up just working on Wall Street. There really is no future for these kids here. And it's soul crushing work. You sign up because you enjoyed this field, you're passionate about this work. But then by the end of it, like, in order to service my student debt and maybe be able to buy a house, I'm going to need to go pivot into like, like analytics to go, you know, serve, serve the financial overlords at Wells Fargo.
