Three strikes in your outlaw was enacted, i believe, in the 19 nineties. It sounds good, but was it an improper analogy? You're referring to the story of a young woman who was murdered in a robbery by convicted felons. And her father set out to make sure that convicted felons were locked up,. not let out on the street to commit more crimes. He ultimately launched a ballot initiativeand he called it, three strikes and your out. The bigger question is, why should baseball be the model for criminal justice? I mean, one's a game, one's not a game. They're very different.
