The Importance of Anchoring the Transverse Arch

If you can anchor that transverse arch really well on the ground, those points of contact are solid. There's a nice bridge. It seems like it would be hard to screw up the pronation process. But most people have a hard time doing that. Most people are going to come crashing down too quickly on the first med head or the fifth med head’s going to lift up and you're going to lose that anchoring. And so therefore you're not really over pronating. You're just collapsing inward with poor foot mechanics.
