The Spacial Signatures Project in Great Britain

The project in particular has an empirical aspect, or a more applied part of it, which is focusedn on great britain. And for that, for our application, we develop 16 classes. The number was really interesting to see how the what we thought was the statistically appropriate number of classes that you would derive from each of those cities was varying greatly. So for example, it wasn't varying in a way that larger cities had more classes while smaller cities had less classes. It was varying much more in how, in how rich the the urban fabric the city, what we interpret it to be as the urban fabric of the city, was.
