The Importance of Remedial Massage

No one's looking for gentle massage. You can't make your business out of that. We're talking about the old no pain, no gain. It needs to die. Sometimes our clients do have that mentality and certainly our industry has that mentality. Yes, it is astounding the amount of people still that will say to me, oh, you can use more pressure, you can go deeper. That was a really common thing in student clinic. I'm just like, I don't think you understand. You're twice the size of me and you want me to work. Usually, I'm quite short anyway, but I'm fairly short myself.
