Are There Alternatives to National Exams?

Exams are designed to fail kids who get under four which is that outrageous isn't it we talk about this a lot on this podcast but they're designed to do that. It's really hard to think about alternatives to exams and I talked about this in the conversation with Rachel Sylvester earlier for example. For the first time ever young people have to stay in some form of educational training until the age of 18 That is a real kind of game changer in terms of how we think about 60 exams at 16 or assessment at 16.
