The Importance of Reconstruction
You're not your thoughts. You're simply the observer and you get this timeframe of life to observe all these moments passing in front of you. My goal in terms of my identity is to constantly try to show up in a way that I'm improving upon what happened before so that I can be my best, healthiest self. And we ought to work our butts off to reduce intentional harm and unnecessary trauma so that people can live their best lives possible. Othering people is never going to get there.
