Relationships - The Home Field Advantage

The home field advantage, in a way, is gone for everything. We can have close relationships with people all over the place. Some of my best, closest, most impactful and productive relationships are not with the men that are closest to me geographically. And ser i think there's something really interesting, a and dynamic about those types of relationships.
