The Importance of Respect in Rugby

I like the rugby culture more because of the culture, some will say because of the football. There's still that kind of inner core belief in groups and they have to be by the nature of the game. I just think that it's not where football is now, financially, and that can change things, and it will do in rugby. You got non-professionals who are the most professional people I've ever seen. I mean, a Raw, super Raw. So things like that, I like that,. I like the training schedule, I like how they look after themselves. Loads of different things, what they're thinking about culture, about environments and things like that.
